Called early Saturday evening on a long weekend as we had an electrical issue. Kevin and team answered and were at the house in 45 minutes. They did a complete inspection and it turns out it was an issue with the hydro connection to the house. Kevin called the utility company explained the situation and the need for a service call. Kevin was prompt, courteous and professional. Explained the whole situation and what to expect with the service call from the utility company.
